This convention is a celebration dedicated to our favorite rabbit girl, Haruko (Haru for short)! Expect a weekend full of anime, community panels, gaming, and unique vendors!
The event takes place Saturday, April 10th, and Sunday, April 11th, 2027, at the Best Western Gateway Grand in Gainesville, FL.
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Only trained service animals as defined by the ADA are permitted inside the convention spaces. Emotional support animals and personal pets must stay at home.
Badge pickup opens at 9:00 AM on Saturday morning in the hotel lobby, right as our opening ceremony begins! Once the opening ceremony concludes, the main convention doors will officially open. Registration will stay open until everyone is checked in.
Please bring a valid photo ID and the digital or printed confirmation QR code sent to your email after your ticket purchase.
All ticket sales are final. However, you can easily transfer your ticket to a friend if you are unable to attend.
Parking at the Best Western Gateway Grand is completely free! However, spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. We highly recommend carpooling or ridesharing.
Yes! The hotel’s attached restaurant, Gator’s Den Sports Grill, will be open during the convention. Please note they will be running a special, reduced menu to keep ticket turnaround times lightning-fast for attendees.
While most vendors and artists accept credit cards, mobile pay, or apps, internet strength can sometimes lag inside convention spaces. We highly recommend bringing some backup cash just in case!
Join us out on the hotel's pool deck for a live musical performance starting at 9pm! You're welcome to get in the pool, but be respectful of our staff, musician, other attendees and of course the property!
There are no age restrictions for the pool concert, and all attendees are welcome to enjoy the live musical performance starting at 9:00 PM! The pool will be open to those willing to swim, but no life guard will be on duty, swim at your own risk!
Outside food, drinks, and alcohol are strictly prohibited on the pool deck. Only clear, factory-sealed water bottles are permitted to keep everyone safe and hydrated next to the water.
